Honorary chairmanship for mohring

The mannergesangverein "sangerkranz" zeil honored and made an excursion.

These days, the end-of-year service took place at the zeiler kappele, which the singers helped to shape musically. Afterwards they met for the annual closing party in the neighboring mountain inn for a cozy get-together.

During the event the long-time member and deserving chairman kurt mohring was thanked for the time he has spent for the association. Chairman paul berchtold appointed kurt mohring as honorary chairman of the "sangerkranz 1864 zeil and handed over the certificate. Kurt mohring was very surprised and touched by this honor.

Shortly thereafter, the "sangerkranz" went on an excursion his club trip to weiden. There the choir took part in the choir festival of the french sangerbund.

The "sangerkranz with his song performance on the stage at the lower market, which lasted more than 30 minutes and was conducted by the choir director anja jager, he was able to convince and inspire the audience.

There was a singing of the mass choir on the market place in weiden at the end, in which the zeiler took part with 80 other choirs. The choirs were impressed by weiden, because there were a lot of cultural and interesting things to see
